General Policy

  • We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered as walk-ins, depending on availability.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. Gift cards are not valid with other promos and offers.
  • All services are non-refundable. Should you have any concerns regarding a service or technician, please inform our manager immediately. We are committed to addressing any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.
  • Our service is guaranteed within 7 days of service. Repair within this period is free of charge. After this period, repair charges will apply. This guarantee excludes regular nail polish.
  • Design changes after original service are not considered repairs and are not eligible for complimentary adjustments.
  • No ingrown removal is to be performed.
  • The use of bleach and latex gloves is common in our salon. Please inform our staff if you are allergic to any of these products.
  • Full payment is required prior to departure from the salon.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or misconduct toward our staffs or other guests.

Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) Policy

  • All prices are subject to HST.
  • We provide direct billing for most insurance companies, allowing us to receive payment straight from your insurer.
  • Direct Billing Policy: Please note that while we bill most insurance companies directly, if a claim cannot be processed for any reason, the client is responsible for paying the full cost of the completed treatment.
  • RMT services are excluded from all promos and offers.

  • Massage therapy is covered by most employee group benefit plans.
  • These benefits do not carry over from year to year, meaning any unused amounts will be lost.
  • Many group benefits cover 80%-100% of the cost of your RMT visits.
